The parents of a 7-year-old boy who was observed trying to sell a teddy bear to buy food, have been arrested and charged with five counts each of child endangering.
Ohio cops responded to a call of a young boy wondering the streets alone. When Franklin officer Steve Dunham arrived, he found the little boy in front of a drug store trying to sell his stuffed animal. He told the officer he hadn’t eaten for several days.
