This mugshot of convicted murderer/music producer Phil Spector is either A) the creepiest perverse mugshot ever, or B) the funniest thing I’ve seen in the last 4 days. There’s a no wig policy in the California prison system and now Spector has become the victim. Life sucks without a ridiculously large grandma wig perched on your murderous scalp, huh Phil? Check out a picture of Spector’s hair during his trial. He looked like a ghoul from an episode of Scooby Doo.
