Rob Lowe severely injured his knee while surfing, cutting it to the cap on Sunday.
The injury sent the Californication actor to the hospital for a boatload of stitches.

He posted a picture of his knee getting stitched up by a doctor, before posting a photo with the caption, “SO sharky!”
