IG Influencer Ayzia J Toledo ID’d As Victim In Sunday NJ Double-Fatal Crash

WOODBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Social media influencer Ayzia J. Toledo, 22, and front-seat passenger Henrietta Carter, 22, were killed Sunday night after a single-vehicle crash on the Garden State Parkway in Middlesex County, New Jersey, according to New Jersey State Police.

The crash occurred Sunday evening when Toledo was driving a BMW on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge Township, located in central New Jersey between New York City and Philadelphia.

According to New Jersey State Police, Toledo lost control of the BMW before the vehicle traveled off the roadway, overturned, and struck a tree.

Authorities said Toledo and Carter sustained fatal injuries in the crash and were pronounced dead. Officials identified Carter as the front-seat passenger in the vehicle.

A third occupant, who was riding in the rear seat, survived the crash with minor injuries, according to state police. The passenger was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Investigators have not released additional information regarding the surviving passenger.

New Jersey State Police said the cause of the crash remains under investigation. Authorities have not announced any contributing factors or whether charges are expected.

Toledo was widely known online as “Ayzia J” and had built a following of more than 300,000 users across Instagram and TikTok, where she shared lifestyle and travel-related content.
