LEBANON, OH (THECOUNT) — Corey Graham, 45, of Ohio, has been identified as the man killed in a single-vehicle off-road crash early Saturday morning in Warren County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash occurred at approximately 1:49 a.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road, west of State Route 48, in Union Township. Authorities said the incident involved a single pickup truck that left the roadway and struck multiple trees.
Investigators with the Ohio State Highway Patrol determined that Graham was operating a 2020 GMC Sierra traveling eastbound on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road when the vehicle drifted off the right side of the roadway for reasons that have not yet been disclosed. The truck then struck several trees along the roadside.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Graham to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite lifesaving efforts, he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital, authorities confirmed.
Two passengers who were inside the GMC Sierra at the time of the crash were not injured, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Their identities have not been released, and officials did not indicate whether they required medical evaluation at the scene.
Troopers have not released additional details regarding seatbelt use, speed, or whether alcohol or drugs are believed to be factors in the crash. Officials emphasized that the investigation remains ongoing as crash reconstruction efforts continue.
Mason Morrow Millgrove Road is a two-lane roadway that runs through portions of Warren County, an area that includes rural stretches with limited lighting during overnight hours. Authorities have not said whether road conditions, visibility, or weather played any role in the incident.
No other vehicles were reported to be involved, and no citations have been issued as of press time. Troopers are continuing to examine physical evidence from the scene, vehicle damage, and any available electronic or mechanical data from the truck.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol has not released a timeline detailing the moments leading up to the crash, nor have officials stated how long the vehicle may have been off the roadway before emergency services were notified.
Union Township is located in southwestern Ohio and is part of the Greater Cincinnati region. Fatal single-vehicle crashes remain a focus of ongoing traffic safety investigations across the state, particularly during overnight hours when visibility and driver fatigue can be contributing factors.
Authorities said additional information will be released once the investigation is completed or as new details become available. Anyone with information related to the crash has been encouraged to contact the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
