Williamsport, PA. (THECOUNT) — The Lycoming County Coroner’s Office was called to the UPMC Williamsport Emergency Room on the evening of December 1, 2025, for a deceased patient involved in a three-vehicle crash on Market Street.
Drew Geiger, 33, of Williamsport, was riding his motorcycle northbound on Market Street when a sedan merged into the single northbound lane and struck the motorcycle, according to the Williamsport Bureau of Police.
The impact ejected Geiger from the motorcycle into the path of an oncoming southbound SUV.EMS and fire personnel responded to the scene and transported Geiger to the UPMC Williamsport Emergency Room.
Lifesaving efforts were performed in the ER but were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at 6:19 p.m.The cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries, the Lycoming County Coroner’s Office said. Toxicology results are pending.
