FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Yvonica Waldrop, a 61-year-old woman from Desloge, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Sunday in Franklin County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that “Vonnie’ Waldrop was driving a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle west on Highway 47 near St. Clair, when she failed to negotiate a curve in the area of Route FF.
The motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
St. Clair emergency responders pronounced Waldrop dead of blunt force trauma injuries at 12:52 p.m.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
