BLOUNT COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Nickey Scott Borden Sr., of Oneonta, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Friday fatal motorcycle crash in Blount County.
Nick Borden, 49, was killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday night near Oneonta.
According to reports, Borden was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on County Highway 57 near Blountsville, when the bike came into contact with a Ford F-250 pickup truck around 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Borden, who was thrown from the bike, was pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the collision.
It is unclear if the pickup driver suffered any injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
