WINDHAM COUNTY, VT. (THECOUNT) — Samuel Barrows, of Marlboro, Vermont, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday night fatal motorcycle crash in Windham County.

Sam Barrows, 23, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash involving a truck in Vernon Thursday night.

According to reports, Barrows was operating a motorcycle on Fort Bridgman Road in Vernon, when the bike came into head-on contact with a pickup truck Thursday night.

Barrows was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.

The driver and passenger of the truck suffered unknown minor injuries.
