DALLAS COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Angelica Hinojosa, of Dallas, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night murder-suicide in Dallas County.
Hinojosa, 28, was killed in an apparent murder-suicide at a Dallas residence on Wednesday night.
According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired in the 2300 block of Prichard Lane around 8:40 p.m. Wednesday. When they arrived, Hinojosa and another individual were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Both Hinojosa and the suspected shooter were pronounced dead of gunshot injuries at the scene.
Police believe the unidentified male suspect shot Hinojosa before turning the gun on himself.
Police said the suspect and Hinojosa knew each other but did not elaborate.
