UTAH COUNTY, UT. (THECOUNT) — Patasha Adams, of Herriman, Utah, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday fatal vehicle crash in Utah County.
“Tasha” Adams, 42, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Provo Wednesday morning.
According to reports, Adams was operating a vehicle on Interstate 15 near the Center Street exit in Provo, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a barrier wall and went airborne before rolling down an embankment.
Adams, who had ties to Louisiana, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
