COPIAH COUNTY, MS. (THECOUNT) — Michael Foster has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday night fatal vehicle crash in Copiah County, Mississippi.
Foster, 50 was killed – and 35-year-old Gregory Holloway was injured – in a single-vehicle crash near Crystal Springs Tuesday night.
According to reports, Holloway was operating a Dodge Viper on MS-28 near South Harmony Road near Crystal Springs, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then rolled over multiple times before coming into contact with a tree.
Foster was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
Holloway was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
