COBB COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Peter Lampley has been identified as the suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of Larry Miller at a Cobb County, Georgia eatery on Monday.
Miller, 24, was fatally shot by Lampley during his lunch break outside the Taco Mac restaurant on Monday.
According to reports, the shooting occurred at Taco Mac at 3101 Cobb Parkway SE Suite 210 in Vinings on Monday afternoon.
Miller was found outside of the restaurant suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Lampley was taken into custody following the shooting after he shed his clothing and ran out of the restaurant.
According to reports, Miller and Lampley worked at the same business.
No motive information was yet provided by officials.
