JACKSON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Angela Johnson Nayadley, of Higdon, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday morning vehicle crash in Jackson County.
Nayadley, 60, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Higdon Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Nayadley was operating a Chevy Silverado pickup truck on Alabama 71 near Higdon, when the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 11 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then came into head-on contact with a Jeep Gladiator.
Nayadley was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The condition of the Jeep driver was not provided by officials.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
