BOONE COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Edwin Ramirez has been identified as the victim in a Sunday fatal vehicle crash in Boone County, Indiana.
Ramirez, 22, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Whitestown early Sunday morning.
According to reports, Ramirez was operating a Honda Pilot on Interstate 865 near Interstate 65, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway before entering a culvert and rolling over around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
Ramirez was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
