STEUBEN COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Gary Strait, of Bath, New York, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday afternoon fatal motorcycle collision in Steuben County.
Strait, 59, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash in Bath Wednesday afternoon.

According to reports, Strait was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Geneva Street in Bath, when the bike was struck by an SUV Wednesday afternoon. Strait then became pinned beneath the SUV.
After he was freed, Strait was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
