DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Tiffany Munro, of Halifax, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday afternoon fatal vehicle crash in Dauphin County.
Munro, 44, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Halifax Township Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, Munro was operating a Volkswagen coupe on the 600 block of North River Road in Halifax, when for possibly speed related reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 2 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a tree.
Munro was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
