SHELBY COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — John Castor and Rafael Sanchez have been identified as the victims in a Sunday double-fatal vehicle crash in Shelby County, Tennessee.
Castor and Sanchez, both 22, were killed in an early Sunday morning single-vehicle crash in Memphis.
According to reports, police responded to a call of a single-vehicle crash in East Shelby Drive near Hacks Cross Road in Pinnacle Point, around 12:15 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived, a vehicle was found crashed with two unresponsive men inside.
Both men were both pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
