KANAWHA COUNTY, WV. (THECOUNT) — Shane Bush, of Cabin Creek, West Virginia, has been identified as the victim fatally shot Sunday morning in Kanawha County.
Bush, 26, was fatally shot during a family argument on Christmas morning in Eskdale Christmas morning.
According to reports, police received a 911 from a man saying he had shot his brother in the 1200 block of Decota Road in Eskdale around 8 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived, Bush was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Bush was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
No criminal charges have been filed as of Tuesday morning.
