JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Shundra McCray Vines, of Birmingham, Alabama, has been identified as the victim fatally shot at her Jefferson County residence Thursday morning.
Vines, 43, was fatally shot at her Birmingham home early Thursday morning.
According to reports, Vines was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds at 2521 24th Street Ensley in Birmingham around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
Vines was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries at the scene.
No suspect or motive information was provided by investigators.
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating her death as a homicide.
