MCCURTAIN COUNTY, OK. (THECOUNT) — DaNella Maness, ok Broken Bow, Oklahoma, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday night vehicle crash in McCurtain County.
Maness, 19, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in near Valliant Sunday night.
According to reports, Maness was operating a vehicle on State Road 98 near US 70 near Valliant, when the vehicle came into contact with another vehicle, operated by 34-year-old Michael Kelley of Powderly, Texas, around 8 p.m. Sunday.
Kelley was transported to an area hospital for head wounds.
Maness was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the fatal crash remains under investigation.
