HARRISON COUNTY, MS. (THECOUNT) — Francesca McKay, of Gulfport, Mississippi, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday fatal vehicle crash in Harrison County.
McKay, 53, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Gulfport Wednesday evening.
According to reports, McKay was operating a vehicle on Seaway Road near Larkin Smith Drive in Gulfport, when the vehicle was involved in a head-on crash around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
McKay was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
Information on the other involved vehicle was not provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
