CARROLL COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Jerry Dale Spegal, of Camden, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a Friday night fatal motorcycle crash in Carroll County.
Spegal, 52, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash near Delphi Friday night.
According to reports, Spegal was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Old State Road 25 near West Main Street in Delphi, when for unknown reasons, the bike exited the roadway around 5 p.m. Friday. The bike then came into contact with a median guardrail.
Spegal, who was ejected during the wreck, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
