MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Driton Guze, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday morning fatal vehicle crash in Middlesex County.
Guze, 22, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Old Bridge Wednesday morning.
According to reports, Guze was operating a vehicle on Route 9 near Phillips Drive in Old Bridge, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a pickup truck.
Guze, a Rutgers Business School student, was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene of the crash.
The condition of the pickup driver was not provided by officials.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
