TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Richard Francis Martin, of Newton Falls, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Monday morning fatal vehicle crash in Trumbull County.
Martin, 64, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Warren Township early Monday.
According to reports, Martin was operating a Mitsubishi Mirage on West River Road near Park Avenue in Newton Falls, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway before entering a culvert and rolling over around 2:50 a.m. Monday.
Martin was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
