WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD. (THECOUNT) — Clayton Knode, 15, of Clear Spring, Maryland and Tyler Josenhans, 17, of Hagerstown, Maryland, have been identified as the victims in a Thursday night double-fatal vehicle crash in Washington County.
Both teens died in a Thursday night Hagerstown two-vehicle vehicle crash that also seriously injured Kannon Shives, of Clear Spring.

According to reports, Josenhans was operating a Lexus sedan with Knode and Shives as his passengers, when the vehicle came into contact with a semi-tractor on Interstate 81 near Route 40 East/Exit 6A in Hagerstown around 9 p.m. Thursday.
Shives was transported to an area hospital with critical unknown injuries.
Josenhans and Knode were pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
The driver of the tractor trailer was uninjured in the crash.
The cause of the crash remain under investigation.
