MARSHALL COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Emily Carr, of Argos, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal vehicle crash in Marshall county.
Carr, 17, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Green Township late Saturday afternoon.
According to reports, Carr ws operating a Chrysler Sebring on U.S. 31 near 18th Road near Argos, when the vehicle was struck by another vehicle around 4:40 p.m. Saturday.
Several individuals involved in the crash were transported to area hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
Carr, an Argos High School student/ athlete, was pronounced dead of blunt force injuries suffered in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
