WARREN COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Mindy Lynn Chesser, of Blanchester, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday night fatal motorcycle crash in Warren County.
Chesser, 42, was killed in a two-motorcycle crash in Washington Township Tuesday night. Robert Patrick has been identified as the other involved rider.
According to reports, Chesser was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Corwin Road near Oregonia, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. The bike then made contact with an embankment and went airborne. The bike then collided with a utility trailer parked on the side of the road.
Chesser, who was ejected from the bike during the crash, was then struck by a second Harley Davidson motorcycle, operated by 42-year-old Patrick of Morrow. Patrick then fled the scene leaving Chesser injured in the roadway.
Chesser ws pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Patrick remains at large, according to officials Wednesday morning.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
