HOOVER DAM, NV. (THECOUNT) — An explosion rocked the Hoover Dam on Tuesday. A fiery plume could be seen rising up the wall of the dam.
The explosion, which occurred around 10 a.m. Tuesday, was caught on video by a person touring the area.
