TULSA COUNTY, OK. (THECOUNT) — Heavan McDougal of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, has been identified as the victim in a fatal overnight vehicle crash in Tulsa County.

McDougal, 23, died in a two-vehicle crash near Sapulpa early Saturday morning.

According to reports, McDougal was operating an SUV on Interstate 44 near the I-244 split, when the vehicle came into contact a tractor-trailer around 4 a.m. Saturday.

McDougal, who became entrapped in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene approximately an hour later.

McDougal was pinned for approximately an hour and then rescued by the Sapulpa Fire Department, reports NewsOn6.

McDougal, originally from Porter, was the mother of two young children, according to social media.

The driver and passenger in the semi-truck were not injured in the crash.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
