BENTON COUNTY, WA. (THECOUNT) — An active shooter was reported at a Fred Meyer grocery store in Richland, Washington Monday afternoon.
The Fred Meyer store is located at 101 Wellsian Way in Richland.
Richland police told people to stay clear of the area.
At least two schools in the area are on lockdown.
As of noon local time, the suspect still had not been located, according to Richland police.
Kennewick Police Department posted pictures of the suspect and said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
