DURHAM, NH. (THECOUNT) — Vincenzo “Vinny” Lirosi, the University of New Hampshire student reported missing, has been found dead on Sunday. The sad news came around 24 hours after he was last seen alive.
The body of Lirosi, 22, was located in Durham Sunday afternoon.
According to reports, Lirosi was found deceased in a marshy area near Coe Drive in Durham Sunday around 1:20 p.m.
Lirosi went missing Saturday while out with friends. He was last seen between about 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., and he was reported missing at 3 a.m. Saturday.
Lirosi’s wallet was found in a parking lot and his cellphone was found at the fraternity house.
A cause of death was not provided as of Sunday evening.
