NEW YORK, NY. (THECOUNT) — A man with a shotgun is in a police standoff outside the United Nations building in New York City on Thursday morning.
Video posted to Twitter shows police attempting to negotiate with a gray-haired man in a red sweater and brown jacket – clutching a shotgun slung across his body.
