PIKE COUNTY, MS. (THECOUNT) — Kedric R. Carter, of McComb, Mississippi, has been identified as the victim found fatally shot Thursday in a vehicle in Pike County.
“Baby Boy” Carter, 42, was discovered shot dead while inside a vehicle in McComb early Thursday morning.
According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired on Pearl River Avenue in McComb around 3 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived, Carter was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds while seated in a vehicle.
Carter, who was originally from Missouri City, Texas, was pronounced dead of multiple gunshot injuries at the scene.
