RAPIDES PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Brandon D. Warthen, of Deville Louisiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday evening motorcycle crash in Rapides Parish.
“Booger” Warthen, 31, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash near Deville Tuesday evening.
According to reports, Warthen was operating a Suzuki GSX motorcycle on Philadelphia Road in Deville, when the bike came into contact with a Chevrolet Silverado towing a trailer around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Warthen was pronounced at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The Silverado driver was not injured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
