MERRIMACK COUNTY, NH. (THECOUNT) — Kiran Darjee, of Concord, New Hampshire, has been identified as the victim in a single-vehicle crash Friday night in Merrimack County.
Darjee, 21, was killed, and a teenager injured, in a single-vehicle crash near Warner Friday night.
According to reports, Darjee was operating a vehicle on Interstate 89, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 7:30 p.m. Friday. The vehicle then made contact with a grouping of trees and rolled over.
Both occupants of the vehicle were ejected during the wreck.
The 18-year-old passenger, identified as Raj Darjee, was transported to an area hospital with serious unknown injuries.
Kiran Darjee was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
