MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ. (THECOUNT) — An effort to recount 2.1 million ballots from the November presidential election in Maricopa County, Arizona, revealed the use of mysterious UV light machines.

A CNN reporter, who was anything but welcome at the recount site, discovered the use of the machines, but was unable to determine exactly what the UV light machines were inspecting.
