WASHINGTON, DC. (THECOUNT) — Noah Green, of Indiana, has been identified as the deceased suspect who pulled into the Capitol complex Friday and rammed two Capitol officers with a vehicle.
Green, 25, then exited the vehicle while brandishing a knife and attacked one of the officers before being fatally shot by law enforcement.

The incident occurred at North Barricade vehicle access point along Constitution Avenue, the Capitol Police said. Congress was not in session when the incident occurred.
William “Billy” Evans has been identified as the Capitol Police officer killed during the incident.
