SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA. (THECOUNT) — Reggie Warren, an original member of the 80s R&B group TROOP, has died. He was 52.
A rep for the group told TMZ, Warren passed away Sunday at his home in San Bernardino County, surrounded by family.
Warren had been dealing with health issues for a while now, and was hospitalized for a couple months back in January.
The rep says Warren was released from the hospital Saturday with the anticipation he would die. TMZ says his death was not COVID related, but the family didn’t want to discuss an official cause until an autopsy could be performed. It is unclear if he had received the COVID vaccine.
