HOCKLEY COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Case Clark, of Lubbock, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Thursday night motorcycle crash in Hockley County.
Clark, 22, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash involving a pickup truck near Ropesville Thursday night.
According to reports, Clark was operating a motorcycle on Highway 62, near Quail Road in Ropesville, when the bike came into contact with a pickup truck operated by 76-year-old Paul Pinkston, also of Lubbock, around 9 p.m. Thursday.
Clark was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Pinkston was transported to an area hospital with unknown serious injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
