MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Ethan Peed, of Show Low, Arizona, has been identified as the pedestrian in a fatal Saturday night vehicle strike in Maricopa County.
Peed, 31, was killed after he was struck by a vehicle near Phoenix Saturday night.
According to reports, Peed was on-foot in the area of Greenway Road in Phoenix, when he was struck by a passing SUV around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
The SUV driver remained on-scene and fully cooperated with arriving officials.

The cause of the fatal incident remains under investigation.
