SUFFOLK, VA. (THECOUNT) — Diamonta Christopher Price, of Suffolk, Virginia, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday fatal shooting in Suffolk.
Price, 25, was shot dead in Suffolk early Saturday morning.
According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired in the 600 block of E Washington Street around 12:07 a.m. Saturday. When they arrived, Price was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Price was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
No suspect or motive information was provided by officials.
The fatal shooting remains under investigation.
