OCEAN CITY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — A 4-alarm blaze is tearing through the Playland Castaway Cove at the Ocean City Boardwalk in Saturday morning in Cape May County, New Jersey.
The fire erupted Saturday around 8 a.m. on the 1020 block of the Boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey, fire officials are saying.
It is believed to be a structural fire, but officials have not officially declared which structure it is at this time, according to FOX29.
However, Playland Castaway Cove took to Facebook to share that it was in fact their building which had caught fire.
“We struggle to comprehend this mornings events and what will be of the next few months, but we can assure you this, WE WILL REBUILD!!” Officials from Playland Castaway Cove wrote.
