LORAIN COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Richard Webber, of Elyria, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday afternoon vehicle crash in Lorain County.
‘Rick’ Webber, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Lorain Saturday afternoon.
According to reports, Webber was operating a Corvette on OH-611 near Elyria Avenue in Lorain, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the rodway around 1 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle then made contact with a guardrail and a guardwall.
Webber, who was ejected from the vehicle during the wreck, was pronounced dead at the crash scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
