NORFOLK COUNTY, MA. (THECOUNT) — Brandon Rose, of Boston, Massachusetts has been identified as the victim in a fatal multi-vehicle crash New Year’s eve in Norfolk County.
Rose, 34, was killed following in a multi-vehicle crash near Stoughton Thursday night.
According to reports, Rose was operating a vehicle on Massachusetts Route 24 in Stoughton, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle then made contact with a guardrail and two other vehicles.
At some point, Rose exited his vehicle, and was struck by a passing Jeep.
Rose was pronounced dead at the scene. His 25-year-old passenger suffered unknown minor injuries.
The other involved drivers were not injured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
