PERRY COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Steven Raymond Lyall, of Lancaster, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday vehicle crash in Perry County.
Lyall, 67, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Reading Township Wednesday night.
According to reports, Lyall was operating a Honda Civic on US-22 near Lancaster, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 9 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then made contact with an embankment, went airborne, and rolled over multiple times.
Lyall was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
