ROCKFORD, IL. (THECOUNT) — Rockford, Illinois officials have named 37-year-old Duke Webb, a resident of Florida and active military member, as the suspect currently being held on murder charges and attempted murder charges following the shooting at Don Carter Lanes on Saturday night.

Rockford Police converged on the bowling alley on reports of an active shooter on Rockford, Illinois east side Saturday night. Webb, who lives on the Eglin Air Force Base near Valparaiso in Okaloosa County, Florida, in was later charged with three counts of first degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.

Officials say there are six victims in total. A 73-year-old male, a 65-year old male and a 69-year-old male were killed in the shooting.

The incident occurred near Don Carter Lanes at 4007 East State Street in Rockford Saturday night.
