EL PASO COUNTY, CO. (THECOUNT) — Colorado state officials are announcing the COVID-19 outbreaks of at least 60 employees at the same In-N-Out restaurant in Colorado Springs a month after the state’s first location opened for business in El Paso County.
60 staff members at the Colorado Springs location of the popular eatery, located on Democracy Point in Colorado Springs, tested positive for COVID-19, according to state data.
At Aurora’s In-N-Out, an outbreak was confirmed on Dec. 17, and 20 staff members tested positive for the coronavirus while 16 others are presumed positive.
Both restaurants have been busy with a constant stream of customers ever since they opened.
