KOOTENAI COUNTY, ID. (THECOUNT) — Jeremy Shuman, from Fernwood, Idaho, has been identified as the victim in a Friday fatal vehicle crash in Kootenai County.
Shuman, 30, was killed in a vehicle crash involving a logging truck Friday morning.
According to reports, Shuman was operating a Chevrolet pickup truck on Interstate 95 near Coeur d’Alene, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and entered the median. The vehicle then rolled over around 6 a.m. Friday. A logging truck then came into contact with the pickup.
Shuman was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The truck driver was uninjured in the collision.
