CHARLEVOIX COUNTY, MI. (THECOUNT) — Olivia Marie Toorman, of Boyne City, Michigan, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday night fatal vehicle crash in Charlevoix County.
Toorman, 18, died in a single-vehicle wreck in Bay Township Sunday night.

According to reports, Austin Michael Payne, 18, of Traverse City, was operating a vehicle, when for still undetermined reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and rolled over multiple times near Camp Daggett Road and Reycraft Road in Boyne City.
Payne was transferred to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Toorman, a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
